While most companies avoid discussing politics, since we deal with ‘trademark infringement’ on a daily basis, we are thrilled to see our government finally dealing with this worldwide problem. Too many countries, especially China, are stealing our country’s , as well as other countries, trademarked products. This is costing our businesses to lose billions from the sales of counterfeiting their products!

Trademark infringement has been illegal for decades, so why is it still such a huge industry? It boils down to ‘supply & demand’! As long as consumers demand these counterfeits? There will always be a supply. It’s a shame these consumers don’t understand how they are hurting our own economy by continuing to demand these counterfeit products. And for what? So they can pretend they are stylish and wearing expensive designer brands, when they are not? I’m sorry, but these consumers are just as phony as the fakes they purchase! They are supporting criminals that engage in not only human trafficking and child slave labor, but that belong to drug cartels and even terrorist organizations! It has been suspect that the bombing of our World Trade Center was partially funded by counterfeiters! Is that really whom consumers want to support? Probably not, but the problem is, that they are what is called ‘uneducated consumers’ Perhaps if they knew exactly where their money was going, I would hope they would stop supporting them? They should do a Google search on the criminal countefeiting industry. One would be horrified to find out what is involved with counterfeiting, from human trafficking all the way to terrorism! There are hundreds of articles about it. Read, and become an ‘educated consumer’ please. Of course that is specifically only addressed to those who are not. Many of you already know and refuse to support it. We need more ‘educated consumers’

In the new trade agreements, our president is addressing trademark infringement, and it’s about time! I wonder if he knows that many American politicians are part of the criminal counterfeiting industry? YES, many of them are helping these products come into this country over our border customs facilities. Could it be why they insist on not securing our borders better? I have a feeling, it is a huge part of it. Is sad when our own politicians make money hurting our own businesses and assisting criminals, just to line their own pockets! They are not only involved with counterfeiting, but with drug cartels, and even terrorists groups as well!

Many of us believe this is why the ‘Deep State’ politicians, never wanted an ‘outsider’ in Washington in the first place. We can only imagine what this ‘outsider’ is finding out about them. I hope he is discovering just how involved our government really is, in the counterfeiting industry. Heads would and should roll! Those of us that have been fighting trademark infringement, for decades have known this for a long time. We can only hope honest politicians are finally discovering this, now that we have a new administration shedding light on the subject; ie; a new sherii in town!

Companies like Coach Handbags, for instance, that was started in the USA in 1941, eventually had to start manufacturing in China and other countries, because they could no longer afford the high taxes here, as well as the ridiculous over regulating. It is also because they lose millions every year from consumers purchasing fakes of their product, from illegal counterfeiters. Many of these ‘fakes consumers’ complain that their prices are too high so that’s why the’d rather purchase a copy of their product. Do they not realize that these purchases are what drives up the prices?? It is such a vicious endless circle.

Of course, Coach is not the only company that suffers from Trademark Infringement. Companies all over the world are dealing with it, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Hermes and countless more. Even our Levi’s jeans are counterfeited! It only has to be popular to get counterfeited, not just expensive. China is the most offensive country stealing all of these businesses names, logos and designs and selling them as genuine, for a just a fraction of the cost, when they are not! Our President is coming down hard on China for this, as well he should! Our government should have addressed counterfeiting a long time ago, yet never even attempted it? We already explained why. They’d have to expose our own government’s part in it!

Our company has had countless clients come to us in tears after just spending over $2000.00 on a fake Louis Vuitton or Gucci bag, that was sold to them under the false pretenses of being authentic.
